INFORMIX-4GL Compiled / INFORMIX-4GL RDS in the same

Hello Informixers! I haven't tried this before, and I would like to hear some opinions before proceed! I would like to have both versions, Compiled and RDS, in the same INFORMIXDIR. Is this possible?
