Most analysts and designers are skilled at designing data models and normalizing data. Few of them have much experience designing from a performance point of view. Within the rhelm of DBA roles, even many DBA's have difficulty in understanding performance. Our clients are all Six of the Big Six as well as some firms who have broken off from the Big Six, or regularly tread in the same waters. While SAP & PeopleSoft are bread and butter to our salaried placement role as a recruiting firm, Oracle, Sybase, Informix, Ingres and DataWareHousing are also of a critical nature to our clients. If you have prior experience with a consulting role (internal or external) to major Fortune 500 firms, Evolution has the capability, upon review of your resume to present you to any number of prestigious firms for employment opportunity. If you have a history of multiple database integration projects in your background, we should be able to get you the interview. From that point on you make or break yourself. From our side the issues are your base salary needs, your bonus requirements on a quarterly or yearly basis, your perks required, your relocation costs if necessary. Locations are really all over, however at the logical insistence of the various newsgroup readers I have included a few: Atlanta (very big) clients will be hiring more then 40 DB type roles over the next few months. DC (medium need): especially for Telecom Chicago (Consulting (high travel), InHouse Development (low travel)) New York (of Course) with Big Six client - submissions through the Chicago office East Coast (our clients will if you have the right history allow you to home base) -- Murray Newcomb Technical Coordinator Evolution Technologies WWPS evolution@internetMCI.com Fax: 317.289.1468 -- Murray Newcomb (Technical Coordinator) Evolution Technologies evolution@internetMCI.com Fax: 317.289.1468
