The only thing I had to do to compile this using compiled 4GL, was to change the ATTRIBUTES keyword in the DISPLAY statements to ATTRIBUTE (singular). For some reason c4gl only likes the singular ATTRIBUTE, but RDS doesn't mind singular or plural. The 4GL reference guide says ATTRIBUTE.
