Cannot Perform ONINIT

When trying to perform the oninit command as root, I get the following
errors:
/admin/home/r009491>oninit
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program oninit because of the following errors:
0509-130 Symbol resolution failed for /usr/lib/libc_r.a(aio.o)
because:
0509-136 Symbol kaio_rdwr (number 0) is not exported from
dependent module /unix.
0509-136 Symbol listio (number 1) is not exported from
dependent module /unix.
0509-136 Symbol acancel (number 2) is not exported from
dependent module /unix.
0509-136 Symbol iosuspend (number 3) is not exported from
dependent module /unix.
0509-136 Symbol aio_nwait (number 4) is not exported from
dependent module /unix.
0509-192 Examine .loader section symbols with the
'dump -Tv' command.
When selecting the items to install, the later three were selected: Engine,
SDK, JAVA. I did not execute any commands other than what was performed by
the installer program. I did not have this issue with the install of the
prior 10.0.UC5 on another server. (I was unable to install this UC6 on that
server due to a (current) lack of space in the /usr partition.)
Please help. UAT Testing on company's software starts today! :(

Looks like your OS version or the patches installed on it not supported by
IDS.Can you please check the ids_machine_notes_10.00.txt resides in the
$INFORMIXDIR/release/en_us/0333.

This was done so long ago on our development server I forgot to do it on the
UAT server.
Thank you. I am able to use the oninit command now.
