blademgr problem

Hi! I have IDS9.14.TC4-1 and Web datablade module. My OS is NT4.0 I installed DBServer and I tested connection to server with ilogin and SQLEditor. It was successful, but wblademgr.exe(blademgr.exe) does not find server list with error message "Could not get list of servers". I need your help. hurry up!
