Dave,
for eache entry in the sqlhosts-file you need a entry in the /etc/services-
file. F.e.:
sqlhosts:
onl712shm onipcshm indy online_shm
onl712tli ontlitcp indy online_tcp
/etc/services:
online_shm 22747/tcp
online_tcp 22748/tcpOnline check the sqlhosts-entries during startup.
