Informix C-ISAM V4
SCO V5.61
Anyone have any experience extracting data from Informix C-ISAM files?
I can see a bunch of .idx and .dat files. I need to extract the data from
these files but there is no supporting DBMS so I cannot run any utility
such as isql or dbaccess to do the unload.
I would like to produce csv or pipe delimited files. Anyone got any ideas?
I don't even know the structure of these files.
Thanks in advance.

If you don't see any ".dbd" files or alternatively all .dat and .idx
are located in one directory with lots of "sys*.dat" tables, that would
mean you really have an application using c-isam only. You will have to
figure out the layout of the tables somehow, then use c-isam to extract
data.
