ODBC connection w IDS10 on RHEL4

My server is RHEL4 with IDS10. I can not connect from PC using ODBC. CSDK 2.81, 2.90 and Server Studio JE 5.1 were installed on PC. The followind driver's info are displayed in ODBC Dara Source Administrator - IBM INFORMIX 3.82 32 BIT 3.82.00.11499 and IBM INFORMIX ODBC DRIVER 2.90 00.12335. All is working with anothers servers under Unixware7.1.x & IDS7.31. There is a correct line in the local SERVICE file and there is a line in the local HOSTS file. All servers use the same service name & port number. I'm using onsoctcp in all cases. ALL packages were installed in fresh installation of RHEL4. May be some additional actions should be done on the server site? The next messages is displayed in Server Studio test mode - telnet connection succeeded but INFORMIXDIR and ONCONFIG parameters could not be verified because file "my_path/onconfig" was not found on the server.
