Just found a strange thing in dbaccess - first time I ever saw this. 'I
am busy unloading tables, and after one of my unloads, it said:
"0 row(s) unloaded."
But, there is an actuall unload file, with rows in it ....... ' and a
select count(*) on the table gives me the same number of rows as in theunload file - 919199

Recently the same happened with me.
Did you calculated the size of the file going to be? If not please do so.
