Help with ONLINE warm restore

I get a segmentation fault error everytime I try to restore a dbspace with: ontape -r -D dbspacename I can do full (level 0) database backups and restores. Informix Support can't seems to trace the problem. Please let me know if anyone out there has the same problem.
