No. This is wrong. The dbimport IS calculating an initial extent size.
This can be seen from my original post where I aborted the dbimport after
just a few thousand of the 1.5 million rows had been added. You can see
from that post that in both HC3 and HC4 a large first extent size had been
calculated by the import. It's just that the HC3 one was (unnecessarily) 3
times the size of the HC4 one.
