Problem configuring IECC

Hello, I am having problem configuring IECC. It is running on a Windows 98 as a client and agent on a Digital UNIX 4.0D. I have set the Server information values in SetNet32 according to the values in my sqlhosts file. I have also set the environment variables of INFORMIXDIR and INFORMIXSERVER. When I click on the IECC console, I only get the control panel displaying the network icon. Clicking it and choosing the Shared servers tab would only show my Novell network. The Servers tab discover button could not find my Informix server too. I am currently running Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.30.FC7. My IECC version is 3.00.TC1. Any help would be appreciated.
