Enterprise Gateway To DRDA

Hi all, We are trying to use this product "Enterprise Gateway to DRDA" from informix version 7.3 to connect to an IBM DB2 database. The protocol used is TCP/IP. Are there any other users who have used this product for a similar purpose ? Would like to get a feel for likely hurdles and useful tips. Thanks Ram S.
