Hi All
I have follow procedure :
CREATE PROCEDURE db_test22()
RETURNING INTEGER;DEFINE Ret INTEGER;
SYSTEM "/home2/igor/ngen/dev/bin/test ";
RETURN Ret;
END PROCEDURE;
1. "test" is my executable file, which has to return me some
value.How can I pick up this value in Stored Procedure.
2. In case I have few returns value, how can I get tham from my
"test" file.
Regards,
Igor

The only way is to have 'test' write it's results to a database table
as that is the only input that SPL understands.

I've read the manual, and checked the site. But, only see references to Linux 2.0.3x kernels and Glibc 2.0. Are there Informix patches to RedHat 6.0 (Linux kernel 2.2.x) and the Glibc 2.1 library? Thanks in advance, Donovan Wade -- Please remove the 'LY' to respond.
