4GL Standard Keys

In many of our 4GL programs there are "standard" keys such as "DO", FIND",
etc. but I cannot find what they map to in many cases. For example, I did
determine that "DO" maps to SHIFT-F6. What does FIND map to? Where is this
documented at (manual, chapter, page)?
INFORMIXTERM=termcapTERMCAP=$INFORMIXDIR/etc/termcap
TERM=tm220 (?)

Neither DO nor FIND is a standard key in the I4GL language, so this is
(unfortunately) entirely specific to your suite of programs.
The standard keys that I4GL provides that I can think of are:
(a) Mappable:
ACCEPT default ESCAPE
HELP default ^W
NEXT PAGE
PREV PAGE
INSERT
DELETE
INTERRUPT
QUIT
^Z Suspend (on Unix, with job control)
(b) I'd need to think about these ones...
RETURN, LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN?
(c) Unmappable:
^A toggle overwrite/insert mode
^C ?interrupt?
^D delete to end of field
^H back space (left)
^I next field
^J return
^K up
^L down
^M return, more or less
^N newline in multiline input
^P screen dump if DBSCREENOUT or DBSCREENDUMP set
^R redraw screen
^X delete character
(d) Hardware or o/s dependent:
^Q restart (XON)
^S stop (XOFF)
^V suspend special meaning of next character

In your program source code.

You may be able to find out more by poking around in here, and at the
keyboard, and working out what key codes are generated when you hit the
FIND key, and then scanning through the termcap entry to find the
sequence, and this will tell you what the I4GL name for the key is. For
example, if you hit the FIND key while 'od -c' is running, and it
generates ESC [ 3 9, then you need to find an entry in the termcap such
as k9=\\E[39 and then you know that the I4GL code thinks that F10 is the
find key.
