system catalog(sysobjstate) corrupted

In Online 7.12 (Openserver 5) we encountered the loss of a table where when you try to access the table via dbaccess.. select * from table we get the error message: 397: System catalog (sysobjstate) corrupted. 111: ISAM error: no record found. Looking up the error message it says: 'This is an internal error and shuld not occur.... Run the oncheck utility... If no direct cause can be found please note all circumstances and contact the Informix Technical Support department.' We did and confirmed that they believe the error is not recoverable.
