error: initiate asyncronous read operation

Folks, We've been getting (78) Unable to initiate asyncronous read operation error once or twice a day on one of our Database servers IDS 7.23 TC14 running on Windows NT 4.0 SP5. This doesn't bug our database operations, but me. What would be the reason? Can it be fixable or just to be ignored. Thank you. Gursoy YERLI
