I running an (albeit small) NIS+ network with OnLine 5.x and 7.1 with no (NIS+) problems under Solaris 2.4. OnLine shouldn't need much info from the "/etc database" type files except for hosts, passwd, and services. None of these have been problematic. Getting useful answers from tech support... well don't get me started. Send me some mail with some more details and maybe I can help. scott dunbar dunbar@interaccess.com chicago, il, usa scott dunbar dunbar@interaccess.com
