Could not open a temporary file

Hello all, simple question: I want to "dbexport" my database and i get the following message -229 - Could not open or create a temporary file. -131 - ISAM error: no free disk space What did I have to do? DPSPACETEMP isn't set and there ist free "/tmp". I didn't find the appropriate parameter! Thanks in advance, Edward
