shmget:[9]:key 52564801: operating system error

Hello. I'm having the following problem in Windows NT: 03:40:30 shmget:[9]:key 52564801: operating system error 03:40:35 mt_shm_init: can't create resident segment This error appears when I try to start the informix server manually. If I shutdown the server, then Informix starts successfully.
