I use this script: #!/bin/sh echo SHMMAX; /etc/conf/cf.d/configure SHMMAX=409600000 echo SHMMIN; /etc/conf/cf.d/configure SHMMIN=1 echo SHMALL; /etc/conf/cf.d/configure SHMALL=512 echo SHMMNI; /etc/conf/cf.d/configure SHMMNI=100 echo SHMSEG; /etc/conf/cf.d/configure SHMSEG=6 echo MAXUMEM; /etc/conf/cf.d/configure MAXUMEM=524287 echo SEMMNI ; /etc/conf/bin/idtune SEMMNI 8192 -max 8192 echo SEMMNS ; /etc/conf/bin/idtune SEMMNS 8192 -max 8192 echo SEMMAP ; /etc/conf/bin/idtune SEMMAP 8192 -max 8192 echo SEMMNU; /etc/conf/cf.d/configure SEMMNU=100 echo SEMMSL; /etc/conf/cf.d/configure SEMMSL=25 After that you have to rebuild the kernel and reboot. Try these Kernel-Parameters : cd /etc/conf bin/idtune -f SHMMAX 409600000 bin/idtune -f SHMMNI 256 bin/idtune -f SEMMNI 128 bin/idtune -f SEMMNS 128 bin/idtune -f NSTRPAGES 1000 bin/idtune -f SHMMIN 1 bin/idtune -f SHMALL 512 bin/idtune -f SHMSEG 6 bin/idtune -f SEMMNU 100 bin/idtune -f SEMMAP 64 bin/idtune -f SEM_NSEMS_MAX 100 cf.d/link_unix -y Brian Adams schrieb: > Why are getting this error "Fatal error inshared memory creation" > > Thanks, > > byram@saw.net > adams@saw.net
