I think the fault is still open. I left my previous job and got another and still dont know what the problem was. The last I heard from them was some weak explanation regarding permissions in the registry. The problem caused all the GUI tools (space explorer, onbar etc) to completely fail to work. Informix also suggested a complete re-install of NT and Informix to try and cure the problem (after upgrading to new versions of online) It would be interesing to know what the final solution is though !
