Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Hi,
I have inherited an informix applic. which has ace reports. One of
the report is giving me error 9063. The report has a define section like
this:
DEFINE
PARAM[1] cr_parm char(11)
VARIABLE sigma_debug integer
VARIABLE marker1a char(40)
VARIABLE marker1b char(40)
VARIABLE marker2 char(40)
VARIABLE i integer
FUNCTION sizeofcol
END
I compile it as:
saceprep <report.ace>
which is successful. Then when I run it as:
sacego <report> <my-arg>
It says:
The user function "sizeofcol", defined by the user in the DEFINE
statement of ACE, could not be found in the C function definition
table "userfuncs" in the user's C static data area.
See error number -9063.
I don't have any manual that describes how to declare a userfuncs area
for sizeofcol. Thie ACE report uses 'sizeofcol' several times.
Please help. I don't know ACE.
If possible, please reply directly.
Thanks much.
