Yes, that's clear. The next question is if anyone realy need another similar function that returns the current date and time whenever it's encountered in a stored procedure. It would be nice for performance measurements, but is it something we should put on a list for Informix to implement? Is it something people would use for critical purposes and that couldn't be solved in some other way?
