ODS 7.20 on Digital Unix v4.00

Hello! Our Operating System is Digital Unix V4.00 on Alpha Server 1000. The Database Server is Dynamic Server 7.20.UC4. I have two Problems. 1. When I start a Restore (ontape -r)(DAT-Tape) and NOAGE is set to 'Y',the Unix will hang after the Question '...Backup up of Logs?'. With NOAGE=N it works fine. Any Ideas, or any known bugs? 2. If the OS is configured for C2-Compatibility, there's a Problem with the tool 'onmonitor'. When I start 'onmonitor' as informix, I get the message 'warning: Network Down' on the statusline. But it works after a time of waiting. And in the MessageLog appears following at this time: listener thread: err=-951 user informix not known on the database server... By Making the Unix-Server as NIS Server it 'll work. What is wrong in our Konfiguration? Any ideas? Who can help us? Thanks in Advance. Ruediger Papke
