Error -956 Listener Thread

Hi, what is the best place to find information on error logs? Searches on the IBM website haven't been successful for me. Anyone know what this error is telling me? listener-thread: err = -956 =0; errstri=root@servername: Client host or user root@servername is not trusted by the server. That seems to say something is trying to connect to my database but I'm not sure how to find out what or how to fix it...
Hi, I finally found it online...
First, there is the "finderr" utility, run finderr 956 for more details. Second you can search this forum. It is a question that has been answered hundreds of times over the years. That said: it means that someone tried to connect ftom another box without using an explicit username and password. In that case that user must be a trusted usr from a "trusted" host. Look up "trusted host" on the internet, in the Informix Aministrator's Reference manual, ir on the IBM Knowledge Center. Oh, ir search this forum. This was covered just last week. Thanks for the information. The errors are coming in like every 2 seconds....not good
If I put -956 up in the search , it says no results found. It is set to "Search: IIUG.org"
