Hahahahahahahah..... That's 23 skills. Now if you want someone who has acquired all those skills in 2 years, a) you're dreaming and b) that would mean they have an average of 3 weeks worth of experience in each skill - about equal to the time needed to RYFM. If on the other hand, you are seeking someone with 2 years' experience in each skill, then you are looking for someone who has had 46 years of experience in software systems which are, themselves, no older than 30 years. Ah....but, could it be that you are looking for _anyone_ who has had 2 years' experience in _any one_ of these skills? If so, why on earth are you posting this to comp.databases.ms-access, which is not even in your list of required skills and has a charter prohibiting job solicitation? Sorry, you have just failed the test for thoroughness of research and sincerity in advertising. Hahahahahahahahahah.....plonk! -- Having fun with Access... but then, I'm on medication... Though the typo was indeed unforgivable from someone theoretically recruiting for the area, there certainly is plenty of *silicone* in the Valley as well... Yes, I must admit, I wondered if he was trawling for someone as dumb as himself, so they could get together and proudly boast that they were the biggest pair of silicone t***s in the Valley.
