It is available from O'Reilly and Associates with their "Sed and Awk" book. You may be able to download it from their web site. It has multi-level capability, and runs on most unix flavors, though you may have to slightly modify which "awk" you use. Of course, it is a character-based program. I don't know if I'd call it "pop- up", but with a little imagination... And, like the advice received in this forum, you can't beat the price.
