Re: Marking a DBspace as down

As best I can remember, the Informix recommended method is as follows: o Set your archive device to an operating system file (touch the file to create prior) and some small size (500K) o Start ontape o When it asks for the second tape, crash it (^c, ^\\) o Start a restore from this file o When it asks for the second tape, crash it.
