Problems with ON-Bar

Dear friends of the forum: I need to use onbar for my backups, but does not work me. I'm using the GUI of the ISM, which in its properties is the fully qualified name of the server. When I run the onbar not throw any errors and terminates the process within about 5 seconds. When making a debug accuses error Networker, marking the ISM is not registered and qualified sample server name, while the onbar has the unqualified name. Do any of you have gone through a situation? The engine is a 7.31TD6 IDS, running on Windows 2000. Of course, I appreciate your attention.
