VB4, Informix 5, Intersolv

I've got a very simple VB 4 (16-bit) program reading an Informix 5 database via an Intersolv ODBC driver. Each read is surrounded by an open and close of the recordset, and so far, on 2 out of 5 machines, I can execute the open/select/close logic 300 times with no problem. On the remaining 3 machines (one of which has more memory than all the others), I get an ODBC-call failed message from VB, and my ODBC driver verbiage says there is a 'memory allocation error'... this occurs after 60 executions of the open/select/close logic. Every time I try it, it happens on the 61st time. Having seen an earlier post about a cursors message someone got using VB4, Informix, and an Intersolv ODBC driver, I thought I'd ask: has this occurred to anyone? Are there any known conflicts with this combination? Any ideas? Thanks... -------------------==== Posted via Deja News ====----------------------- http://www.dejanews.com/ Search, Read, Post to Usenet
