I am thinking of giving up on ISM altogether. It really doesn't work very
well at all. Especially if you don't have access to a tape drive.

Cannot help with this one.

Had something similar and after finding all references to ISM\\1.00 in all
batch files and anywhere else I could and change them to ISM\\2.20 it still
failed :-(.
Then I discovered a new entry in ONCONFIG called
BAR_BSALIB_PATH H:\\ISM\\2.20\\bin\\libbsa.dll # Location of ISM XBSA DLL
Once this was set all my problems went away. Well ok, I could now run ISM
