Connection between Windows and Infromix Online on Unix

Hi: I want to connect from windows based systems to an Informix Online database found on Unix. What do I need to install from the online Engine CD and how do I configure the connection. I want to develop applications using Visual Basic, but talking to Informix online. Thanks. Denis

Hi Denis, you can install 4 component from Informix CLI CD , such as : Informix connect Intersolv ODBC 3.0.1 ODBC DM 3.0 Interface Module This is all you really needed. Try it .
