Assert Failed Internal Error

We recently (3/18/96) brought an OnLine 7.1.UC1 system to production. Within the last two days we had OnLine crash with the "Assert failed Internal Error- Segmentation Violation" message This is the relevant stuff from my message file. While I am on hold with Ifx Tech Support, I thought I would post this. If you have any experience with this type of thing or have a suggestion as to where to look, I'd be happy to hear from you.
