Yes, there is. You have to unload and drop the tables. After, you can
create it with "first size" and "next size" (to prevent your tables from
high fragmentation) and load the tables.
Note: At creating a table, the default lock level is "page".
If there is enough space on the disk you can unload and load a complete
database with "dbexport"/"dbimport". Maybe, it works with tapes, too (I
know, it "works" with tapes, but depending on the size of db, it is
verry slow).
