PDQ Not working

Greatings, I just received DSA 7.22.UC2 on HP-UX 10.20, and am unable to get it to satisfy a Query using PDQ. When I run the same query with 7.11, it works fine. The output of 'onstat -g mgm' shows that no querys have run with PDQ on the 7.22 engine. PDQPRIORITY is set at 30, MAXPDQPRIORITY is set at 50. Anyone else have such a problem, or know whats up?
