Auth_Informix_DB for Apache

Does anyone know if there is a authentication module out there for Informix? I have looked and have seen the one for mysql (mod_auth_mysql) and for postgres and Oracle but none for Informix. Also, does anyone know if a generic DB_authentication module exists that can be modified to use a database of choice? The purpose of using db_auth is to replace our flat file authentication that currently uses Apache's htpasswd. Thanks, Gerald

There is, IIRC, an auth module in 'Writing apache modules in Perl and C' that uses DBI - you could use that with DBD::Informix
