Conversion to UTF8

Hi, I am looking for some consultation about transfer from CP1250 to UTF8 (cs_CZ.1250 to cs_CZ.utf8). I found three troubles on internet and some tested: 1) sorting - our fields starting with czech characters are not sorted correctly Probably IBM Informix International Language Supplement can help but where to donwload it? 2) size – I need to have correct field size. Table column Field company_name must be limited to 50 characters – in Unicode or singlebyte code set. It can be solved probably with SQL_LOGICAL_CHAR = 4 (or to 2 if we ommit east codesets). 3) in relation with point 2 there is maximal size limitation of datatypes, because are specified in bytes and not in characters (NVARCHAR has limit to 255 bytes). 4) We are using Informix Innovator/C 11.70 running on Windows 2008 R2.
