ODBCCURS.DLL needed for SNAPSHOT support

WE are using I-Net PC for Windows and Intersolv DataDirect ODBC drivers to get access to an Informix 5.x Online database. All works fine on several (both WfWG 3.11 and Win95) machines at work. The first time we tried to install the software on a customer's machine, we get an error saying that the ODBCCURS.DLL is needed for SNAPSHOT support. AS I understand it, the ODBC.DLL lib determines if the underlying ODBC driver supports SNAPSHOTS on its own, and if not, load ODBCCURS.DLL to provide the necessary functionality. This all works just fine here, but no matter where we put the ODBC.DLL and ODBCCURS.DLL files on the customer's machine (\\WINDOWS, \\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM, the dir where our .EXE resides, a dir in the path) we get this error. We also made sure that there is only one copy of each on the machine. Has anyone else ever run into this, and if so, how did you fix it?
