NewEra and OS/2 2.1

Has anyone got NewEra to run in an os2win session? I tried to get it to work today and got an error when it tried to load ixserver.386. I am just wondering if anyone might now how to solve this problem. I am using IBM's TCP/IP 2.1. thanks
