Backup Question

Hello all, I'm new to this list but basically work as a SAP Basis Administrator/Network administrator for a company that runs SAP on NT with informix. For the people that run informix on NT/2000, what backup software do you use? Any problems with it? The setup here is not the best and I am currently researching alternative solutions for backups.
