Of course, it is. Here is a sample select:
select a.dbsname, a.tabname, a.owner, b.username, b.pid
from informix.syslocks a, informix.syssessions b
where a.dbsname != "sysmaster"
and a.tabname = "<<<insert your desired table name here>>"
and a.owner = b.sid
This gives information about which user uses which process-id
to lock the given table.
