SNMP configuration problems

Hello, we are working on Informix-Online 7.22.UC3 on HP-UX 10.20. The processes onsrvapd and onsnmp are running and their log files don't have errors. The problem is that we can't request the Informix engine with SNMP messages but requests run for Unix work fine. It seems that Informix never receive our request. Should we set the community name in the snmp configuration file ? If yes, what is it ? Thanks for your help. Jean-Francois.
