tbstat -u (tout column)

Hi there, Running 'tbstat -u', I get a value '-1' in the 'tout' column when 'wait' is not 0 (zero). Ex: wait = 3003462c tout = -1 Can anyone please tell me what is the meaning of this (-1) value?
