CSDK and Informix SE PE for Windows

I am trying to install the CSDK and Informix SE PE for Windows on my Win2K machine. It's not clear from the documentation the order of install and whether I should install SE in the same directory as the CSDK. Does anyone have this working? I installed the CSDK then installed SE in the same directory. Now sqlexecd is running fine, but when I try to create an ODBC datasource against the local machine I am getting "Could not load setup or translator library (error 127)". I think this means SE overwrote a DLL that ODBC/CSDK is looking for... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Tim
