Informix engine in live server crashed version 7.31.UD4

Hi, MyIIUG Membership Number 19093 I have a problem, we have 120 users connected to the server with HDR on, at peak times nearly everyday i have a server crash with assert failure files, i have a online.log file in a zip format and stune and mtune file as well. I will attach these files, Can somebody please look into it and tell me what can be done, it would be of great help to me. If it's that common and repeatable, I'd say your best bet is to log a case with tech support. Chances are it's something an upgrade to a later version might fix. You're not doing anything stupid on the secondary, are you?
