REPORT TO PRINTER output incomplete

I'm noticing a problem with my Informix 4gl report output, where the command 'REPORT TO PRINTER' outputs to the printer an incomplete report (about a page short, mid-page, same place) while the command 'REPORT TO "disk_file"' outputs the complete report. It almost acts like the last UNIX buffer is not getting flushed to the printer. Any ideas and/or work arounds? (Known bug?) I'm using the method: start report <report> to <options> call <my_rpt_generator_routine> finish report <report> The Informix version is fairly old: V4.10.UC2
