PROGRESS OPERATING SYSTEM ERROR?

We operate Symix (an older version) which still runs on Progress. When going into the main menu under vendors - then to vouchers & adjustments we receive an error message #565 Find First/Last error. Any help would be appreciated, we are totally locked out of the voucher program.
