Storm Status

We have been told here in Singapore that the earliest that we will be able to receive Storm is the 2nd Quarter of '93. It is being released a couple of months earlier in the US, but Singapore doesn't seem to rate too highly on the 'places to release to' list. In any case, this is too late for us - does anyone have any info on similar, alternative GUI report writers ?
