Dates are stored as integers, and the year 2000 rollover will be a nonevent. However: Your applications may behave, er, interestingly, if you use c4gl. For instance, if a user enters a date with 2 digits for the year (01/01/01 say) the c4gl application will prepend "19" to the beginning of the century for 1901. If they enter 01/01/2001 it will work as expected. Are you concerned with this? -Richard
